Disappointing
Their website is amazing and so are their products, however, this would be more amazing if you could actually get what you ordered. I placed an order on November 8th w/ confirmation.
It's now November 18th, and I've heard nothing since. I've reached out so many times only to get one response a few days ago over a week after ordering to tell me that they were sorry and would look into it. Not a word since. Is this a legitimate company?
Are they out of stock on everything? Do they actually take and send out orders? Is this international? It's really disappointing because I was so excited to order and eventually get a ring that was so amazing.
They've taken the joy out of it. I no longer want it.

Bad customer service and incorrect order
I ordered Kippot from Ahuva for my wedding. I ordered them 6 weeks in advance (105 kippot).
I ordered black with red and gold trim. After I ordered I confirmed that they received it and didnt get any emails back. I then emailed again and asked for a picture of the kippah before they send it out. They sent me a picture of a burgundy kippah.
I responded back and said I ordered black. No response. i called them but the number goes directly to one persons cell phone who is never at his computer. He said he has 2,000 emails and will get to mine.
I sent an email again. They said okay that was just a sample. When I received the kippot they were burgundy with a gold trim! I called immediately and was really upset.
They said they have to check whats going on. I kept calling until I got a resolution. They said they will resend the correct ones if I pay $50 for shipping. I said absolutely not.
They have caused me so much stress and its their mistake. My husband called them as well and they said they are losing money on this order.. again this isnt our problem considering it was their mistake and they are impossible to reach.
I never received the black kippot EVER-not before or after our wedding. They are completely unprofessional, do not know how to run a business if they are "losing" money, and do not know how to read orders.

Finally received the kiddush cup I ordered on 9/24. The order was confirmed August 28.
It took almost a month to receive item. I'm a flexible person and I wouldn't mind the time to receive product had it been advertised that this specific product has an extended processing time. However, that was not the case.
If items are coming from Israel and they need longer times to process/deliver that should be CLEARLY stated. This was a one year anniversary gift for my husband and it definitely did NOT arrive on time.
